Over the past twenty years, I've seen countless companies investing MILLIONS in data (people, technologies, ...) without getting the value they expect.

It's always the same story – good data teams, lots of data, good platforms, lots of frustration, nobody is happy..

As an advisor I help companies transform their data organisations, turning them from pure cost centers into strategic business partners

In 2023, after 20+ years of fixing data teams I took a step back and asked myself:

"why is our industry still failing with data, despite its great technological advancements?"

I've investigated that and realised that I have proven playbooks for success, and that I can scale my impact by working as a advisor, instead of working with one company at a time.

As an advisor:

I help companies transform their data organisations, and support CDOs and Data VPs, helping them get value from their data investments.

I use my proven playbooks, and a very powerful platform I have built for that purpose.

I work in two modes

In the foreground: I do the gap analysis myself.
- interviewing stakeholders, defining the current state, desired state, gaps, and recommendations.
- We put together a transformation plan
- Unlike most consultancies, I don't stop at points and presentation. I continue supporting the transformation to make sure it's successful

In the background: I work closely and coach data leaders and executives, helping them build the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to succeed in their job. I contribute with my experience, playbooks, and platform.
