Over the last twenty years, I’ve seen huge companies are investing MILLIONS into data analytics without seeing the value of their data.

I spent 20 years filing data teams and helping companies that were good with data but failing. I asked myself why this was still happening in 2023.

I investigate the reason data investments are underperforming, evaluate their analysis data team’s process and how they can target their investments to create a competitive advantage.

Solution and Process

I sit down with companies, go through their data and their process, map out their processes and help them identity why their investment into data isn’t working. So many teams build technology and systems to handle data, but they forget their WHY.

What makes me different is I don't stop at points and presentation, I help them to enact the changes necessary and guide them through a hand-holding process to ensure they see the growth and change they need.
