In 2023, after 20+ years of fixing data teams I took a step back and asked myself: "why do data organisations still fail with data, despite our amazing technological advancements?"

Then it hit me.

I realised that the platform I've built over my entire career can be a game-changer to any data organisation.

CDOs and Data VPs get access to my platform, including: proven playbooks, a powerful network, vendor relationships, leadership experience at all org sizes and verticals, and a deep knowledge of the data industry.

I work in two modes

In the foreground: I do the gap analysis myself: work with stakeholders, understand the gaps, and put together a transformation plan.

Unlike other consultancies, I don't stop at points and presentation. I continue supporting the transformation to make sure it's successful.

In the background: I work closely with data leaders and executives, coaching and helping them build the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to succeed in their job. I contribute with my experience, playbooks, and platform.
